I dumped my points into mind from day one, And while I'm sure my DPS could have been better otherwise, no one has complained. You should be fine.
K ty for the help =)
I went all mind.
Honestly, the bonus points are negligible. You won't miss the lost int, especially early on. Only mix-max DPS players will care, and you won't find a lot of that pre-50. You can redo your points later, but early on those 10k seals could be used somewhere else with much more reward, so I wouldn't waste em.
You have a much lower base mind stat than a WHM so all mind is a pretty good start. The end game is pretty hard hitting if you ever wanted to split your points add a few to vitality. As Additional Vitality is hard to stack unless you throw it on crafted accessories.. having said that I went full mind and was thrown into healing titan HM at the pathetic HP of 2.9k because My raid group needed me and I hadn't had time to farm yet. I somehow managed to score my relic so I got there in the end.. Don't recommend it though I still have nightmares of pools of mud exploding on my face. XD
Keeper's Hymn can be your friend here. ACN is a nuker, you want points in your Intelligence. You can put point into INT while you level up to 30, then once you unlock SCH you can use the Hymn to reallocate the points. You can get a Hymn from your GC; as I recall, it's a bit pricey, but you'll only need to do it once.
