Looking for a Free Company, West Coast Time Zone Please

I am in search of a Free Company, but I would like to find one that suits my play style and play times. In the past I have been part of guilds, clans, companies, etc that seemed to be a great fit on paper, but in the end did not really work well with me. Don't get me wrong, I always met great people and made some friends, but I was never able to be part of the core group due to play time issues. So I figured I would start looking now and hopefully I can a Free Company over the next little while that will fit! I am in no way trying to come off as a dick or elite, I just would like to be able to enjoy my time in game as much as possible with people who have similar ideas / play times. I guess I will make a few lists and go from there.
My Must Haves:
-Events, raids, dungeon nights, and a large amount of the player base must operate based on the PDT time zone, aka west coast of North America (starting around 7pm PDT would be ideal)
-Not a zerg Free Company, aka invite anyone and everyone just to mass numbers
My Would be Greats:
-voice chat server for use when needed, but not required when online
-a Free Company website with active forums
-leadership with experience and a plan, don't want to just be part of a group with no direction
My Can't Haves:
-stupid Free Company names, you know who you are ^_^
About My Character:
-I am not rushing content
-I am kind of scattered in my classes and jobs as I am enjoying the journey
-I am legacy
-I have unlocked WHM
-I will be unlocking Bard tonight
-I need to work on crafting, which is the plan after I unlock Bard
About Me:
-31 year old male
-British Columbia, Canada
-usually play from M-F 6:30pm - 11:30pm PDT, aprox, weekends are a mess
-life comes first, sometimes I work really late, etc
-sarcastic, funny, friendly
-I have end game raid exp in other mmos
So there you have it. As you can gather it is very important for me to be in a Free Company that operates in my time zone. I have work and other commitments so trying to make east coast or EU times is simply not possible for me. I also would really like to find a Free Company that likes to have fun before anything else. I do not want this to become another job, but I also do want to move forward in content and get the loots; I just don't need to be on the bleeding edge.
