My account was flagged as a SE account not a CE account

I put in a ticket with Customer service one month ago, and still have not received a response on this.

And while, I am a person that 20 dollars is not a significant thing, it is a little frustrating when you have bought:
2 1.0 CE copies
2 PS3 copies

As well as having paid for the service and played the game since the beginning, only to find out that I may have to pay for something I already bought... again.

I believe I may have used one of the buddy codes not realizing that they made a difference, and just used my onion helm code on my system, and if that is a mistake I have to live with, that's fine. I would just like an answer at this point.
