No Company chocobo

I was a player in 1.0, I had a company chocobo, came to ARR I had the legacy chocobo and a courel mount my company chocobo is missing, did the main story line past Ifrit, got into grand company, there is no option to buy chocobo insurance for 2000 flame seals, went and did the chocobo companion quest, Now I can summon my company chocobo into battle, its wearing the behemoth armor set, leveled him up spent a point, dismissed it, still the company chocobo is missing from my mounts sectrion, click on the lil bird in the character window, can not summon him to ride that way either.

I have sent in 3 tickets about this issue since day 2 of ARR launch, I have had no answers, only reply I got was an SE worker sending me an email saying I had to come here... Someone fix my damn account

anyone else having this issue?

Did you go to the calamity salvager and get your chocobo whistle?

Been there, has nothing, I can summon the chocobo to fight with me, but I can not ride it, it doesnt show up in my mounts list
