REPOST: Unable to complete "Skeletons in her closet"

I have been told to post here multiple times from GMs. I posted here and my bug was not fixed. There is no workaround to my knowledge. Please help me as this is a showstopping bug for me!!

both. The issue occured after a duty finde into Haukke Manor with a party of 4 (including myself)

Steps:
1. receive story quest to go into Haukke Manor (Skeleton in her Closet)
2. Queue for Duty finder
3. Take chocobo porter somewhere
4. Have duty finder queue come up and accept while still riding chocobo porter
5. Enter dungeon
6. Finish dungeon
7. appear back on chocobo porter (supposedly there was a video after the instance that did not play due to me riding the chocobo porter)
8. attempt to speak to Ursandel (screenshot included)

I was told to post this here by GMs. If it doesn't belong here, please tell me where to put it. I need to get this fixed in order to continue to progress through the game

you should check to see if your issue is already in the other bug forum sections, such as 'accepted bugs' which indicate that they have verified that a particular issue exists.

Your issue can't be fixed without a patch to the game- they don't make individual patches for every tiny bug fix. The earliest you can expect any resolution is the release of patch 2.1.

As an aside, have you tried abandoning the quest and taking it again?

I cannot abandon it. It gives me no option. I tried.

Got off the phone with customer support. They are working on a fix. Just have to wait... sorry for the repost. Was unclear how this worked
