Bard Limit Break help please

Can someone more knowledgeable than me on the Bard LB please explain the mechanics of it...I've tried using it to rez players and it doesnt seem to work...I've targeted players..,stood above players nothing....do I need all 3 full bars on the LB scale? Meaning level 3 because if I do it's useless and they need to just get rid of it and give us more utility when it comes to the LB

It clearly says in the description in-game on the icon "Raise at Level 3"

It's simply an aoe heal bruh, though I'll admit I've never used it at 2 or 3 because....why? lol

Only use it at 3 bar. It is instant rez + 100% heal (everyone will be rezzed without animation and without having to accept)

Also note that it only heals people in a radius around you, so you'll want to be standing near the largest amount of dead bodies.

I've used it quite a few times. If you can tell things are getting bad it can save your group. Especially that level 3, group comes back strong. Just make sure you're centered around the dead bodies if it's a large arena you're trying to cover. Anything less than level 3 LB and you might wanna make sure everyone isn't dead yet.
