Garuda beams nevershow at the same time

I'm assuming this is specific to a certain range of graphics cards as I have witnessed in some videos and stream of her, but I can only see one add beam at a time.

The main difference I can see is that I use a AMD card whereas he uses a Nvidia card. I have done this boss a couple of times and that screenshot was taken where I had the maximum preset selected after a game restart in the settings.

I am only mainly concerned as I don't want to be missing other boss mechanics at a later date due to a graphics problem. This problem persisted with the latest graphics drivers as well as the latest beta drivers.
