Limit a character to, say, 5 posts a minute, because right now it's IMPOSSIBLE to mark their keyboard mashed names so we can /blickist them and report then.

We also need a SIMPLE way to report them, not the convoluted form you're demanding we use. RIGHT CLICK + REPORT is all that you should be demanding we do!!!
