Crashing upon Login

Seems he had the wrong password and that was what was causing the crashing. Don't see a way to delete or locked the thread or rename the title to say it's resolved.

Not sure if this is the correct place to put this but, my roommate has his client crash whenever he attempts to login. Even if he uses my PC and client it still crashes even though it works fine for me.

Any idea as to what could be causing this issue?
