With SE's customer service, has anyone gotten through with their phone number? And if so, how long were you on hold? What time and day was it?
Also, I know they use to offer live chat. Is this not an option anymore?
On Hold now. 17:34sec so far.. and counting.
I'm over 30 minutes now. I was at 2 hours earlier before I had to hang up.
1 hour and 9 minutes now. Seriously, who does business this way?

I try to log in and it says my account isn't registered. Ive been playing since OB, Pre Release and Release. Already entered registration Code and set up a payment method.
I'm getting the same thing. It says my account is suspended now, but it doesn't say why, and I never got an email. I got a 3102 error today, added my name to the thread for that, and almost immediately got suspended.

And now after 1 hour 40 minutes waiting my call just drops... I'm seriously considering using some frequent flyer miles to fly to their HQ and storm the building... This is the definition of infuriating.
