Sorry if this is a dumb question but I've been trying to find an NPC to repair my best weapon for about a half hour now and can't seem to find one who will do it. It does not show up as an option when I go to main hand/offhand despite the fact that it is clearly broken.
Merchant & Mender are the NPC's names
All repair NPCs can repair weapons too. Try going to your "equipped" section of the repair menu, or it might even be in your Inventory if your armory chest is full.
As the previous poster said, they will have a title with Mend/Mender/Repairs in it. If they are repairs-only like the ones in town, their map icon is a hammer.
