and with no afk timer log in right after maint then coast off to work come back and viola there's you're character all logged in ready to play that's why ur getting that error my good sir

Wow, I have not seen 1017 since the last maintenance. That sucks sir. =(

And we're on one of the most populated servers so I don't get why he's still having issues. I don't even think Aegis is limited on character creation anymore either. Very odd.

Aegis is a Japan server. So remember that 6PM-12AM Japan, is 2am-8am West Coast NA, and 5am-11am East Coast NA. So you are seeing peak play time for Japanese players overlapping NA players who are also just getting up and who play on the same servers.

And also to point out: most of the JP servers have restrictions still, while few NA ones do. Even with the changes last week, it wasn't enough for the JP side. This is because while there was a large number of NA players on the JP severs, there are hardly any of the reverse. Which means JP servers have more players during JP peak time, than NA servers during NA peak time. Except for weekends. On weekends it seems about on par both by 1017, and locked servers.
