No credit recieved for finishing Hydra

Finely beat hydra and what? no credit... timed out duty failed!!!... come on WTF SE... really? get Yo shit together...:mad::mad::mad:

So anyways, after my and my group finely manage to kill hydra after several issues... the dungeon bugs and does not give us credit... Called SE to find out about it, and support said they only handle the "technical aspects of your account, like if you can't log into the game or if your character gets hacked, but if your character's stuck somewhere or anything related to in-game server they can't help you"... so here I go off to pug another group to try and beat it because most of my party already disbanded and left

come-on square enix, this isn't the first dungeon I've been into that's been bugged... someway or another... If I'm going to waste my money playing the game, please don't waste my time... because I'm already very disappointed with not being able to play, and not having several of my friends play on my server due to character creation restrictions... something needs to be done about dungeons and the duty finder ASAP... and I still want help and credit for some of the work I've done and have been cheated out of by SE's poor systems...:mad:

and to all of the people who are going to complain about all my 50's and say that I didn't need the time to play because I had a "head start" on everyone else.. you can all go fuck off because no one told you guys not to play the game when it was first release, and then updated to 1.0 before being re-released to 2.0... so it's not my fault.. :cool: you should have stuck with it... problems an all, but times for problems have to come to a pass since this is a fresh start (not new start just fresh)

Don't see how that is relevant to the matter at hand, but whatever.

Make sure that there is no Wyvern up when you kill Hydra since it interrupts the duty completion sequence.
