How about no. You have the quest name, you have the world/my character name/etc all available in the thread via the screenshot and my forum profile. My system specs are irrelevant as it's been confirmed to have happened to multiple people.

Being in IT Support, either you need to have end users follow the bug posting rules or not have any at all. If anything, direct them to a page that is designed specifically for the filing of bug reports. It will make your jobs easier, and help weed out non-bug reports.
