Unable to promote to teir 3

:(Before we had maint last week i completelted the commanders trail but didn't finish hunters log had to que for sunkin temp golem boss to finish it, but at the time I did not have the time. Before maint it was saying I had the commanders favior now once I complete log and try to promote to tier 3 from first class sergent it says I need to do a trial quest for commanders favior, but I do not see him giving a quest and I talked to him. But all he will do is talk to my char like he already have done the quest explaining about how other companys work on thier trials. Will i have to wait for a maint for the isseus to be fixed?:confused:
