When will this be implemented? I'm on Cactuar and its been blocked off for character creation for weeks now. I got a few friends on different servers that wanna switch to cactuar so we can play together. So I'm wondering when character transfers will be accessible or character creation will be open for cactuar cause its constantly X'ed off cause its full >_> *sigh* I keep checking every time refreshes.
