Monk LF Semi Hardcore or Hardcore FC

I am an ex raider from WoW who has a lot of experience raiding in high progression and semi hardcore guilds. I'm a good communicator, listener, hard-worker, and overall someone who does whatever it takes to defeat bosses. I'm looking for a SERIOUS raiding guild who's goals are: Progressing through content as fast as possible. Also a free company who is organized and has times set up to raid with strict enforcement.
