30 Days Free? Nope.

As the title says, Square promises 30 days for free, yeah, no, it's apparently not true. I've gotten about 4 days, and two of them were the Early Access, which, might I add, was down for most of the time, so more of 3 days, but still.

My point being, is Square doesn't like helping, as I've been trying to get help for the past week. I've been sending everything I can, everyday since. Everything I've submitted has been closed automatically.

I play the PS3 version of the game, and every time I try logging in, It says..

"No valid service account is available to play FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn
In Order to play FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn, you must first purchase the digital download from the PlayStation Store or register a product code.
*Please restart the client for FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn."

Now, what I see wrong with all of this, is the fact that my account was made a day before I got my Early Access.
Before saying "Restart the system" or something along the lines, I've done that. Multiple times. It's very frustrating to have a game that doesn't work, and a flat-out waste of $40.

I've also been sitting on hold for the past two hours to get some answers, and nothing. I understand that there are others who have issues, but really, two hours is overkill. Come on Square. Get it together.

Did you register your code through the Playstation store? If you bought the physical copy of the game as I did there is a code in the booklet that you have to register on the PS3. After you do that the next time you log in it will have you combine your Square Enix account and your PSN account. (It will also ask you to download the game again, you do NOT have to do this as the client you already have works just fine FYI).

If you have done all that, well then I am afraid this would be where my help stops.
