Currently MogStation is linking a random character to the account each time you refresh the page request, and also had trouble while trying to log to the forum because i had "invalid" character ID, so i think they might be related.
PD: there in-game bugs forum and technical support i don't think this fit here but also won't there as i don't need support and it's not in-game
