Will Excalibur ever have slots open?

I have been waiting for well over a week to be able to play with my friends. i am not a person to like leveling something 2 times. I was "part" of beta 4 could not get in. Still Excalibur has not opened a single time to allow anyone new on to it. I am getting sick of this. SE them even says "If you plan on playing with friends make sure to pick the same world" that's an awesome idea IF they allowed a bit of cycling of the worlds you can make a new player on. I would also like to note i spent over an hour and a half last night on the phone with SE (On hold for 1 hour and 20 mins about) just to be told, that they do not have and can not get any info on when this is is going to be fixed. the best part of what the guy told me was "just play on a different server, and do a world change later". for once i wish this company would give me a date time frame SOMETHING, more then the nothing they have been giving me.
