Computer Freezes during videos

First off, let me apologize. I don't have the hardware specs off hand right now, but if they are important, I can get them when I get home.

I have two computers, and they are both doing the same thing. When the game tries to load videos (the opening video, or the first airship ride etc...) the PC will go to a blank black screen, and nothing else happens. In order to quit the game, I have to head to task-manager, and kill the process.

I can get into the game by changing the Opening Movie value in the ini to show that I've viewed it, but this doesn't help for other movies. It does mean that in order to progress the game, I need to play on one of my other computer.

One of the computers had this problem in both Win7 and Win8, with both older drivers and newer drivers.

One machine is ATI, and one is nVidia. I've updated the drivers on both, and tried some older drivers as well.

Has anyone else ran into this problem? If so, what was the fix?

Please let me know if you need additional data. Again, I'm at work and don't have the PC specs on me right now, but I can get them when I get home if they are needed.
