Still getting error [30413][10009][10019]

This error has been persisting since the day I bought the game(just before launch)

I've been playing the game thanks to a friend uploading the game to my server after which there was only a small patch of about 15mb which was no problem to download.

I'm currently downloading the game on my laptop on which it is actually working(don't ask me, I really have no single clue why it works on my laptop), so I'll be copying it to my pc after it finishes.

However I've already tried everything I can on my pc to fix this problem with no luck at all:

-Open ports
-Turn off firewall
-Turn off antivirus
-Directly connect my pc to the router
-Redownloaded the launcher multiple times
-Turn off the 'read only' option on the folder and it's subfolders
-Restart router

Just what in the world is causing this?
I'm clueless and I just don't know what to do next, all I can do is just keep downloading every patch on my laptop and move it to my pc.

I haven't been able to figure it out either, I can take my laptop to work which has significantly more restrictions on the network then I do at home, and it works fine, but here at home it doesn't, no matter what we do and I've done all the same suggestions.

The only thing I can think of is that the bandwidth can't handle the download (DSL 3.0 down) and my work has a 20MB down connection).

I'm half tempted to install it on my work computer, and then transfer the files from there to my home computer. It would be nice if they would make the updater able to pick up where it left off instead of having to start from scratch each time. It's an idiotic way to do it in this day and age when the technology to stream it and torrent it and multitudes of other options exist to streamline patch delivery. Even FFXI for all it's wondrous old technology does a better job of patch delivery and that's really saying something.

Try resetting IE settings to default values as well.
And check that you don't have the antivirus running at all as it can still interfere if it's running but showing as disabled.
Netlimiter, ZoneAlarm, BullGuard are other things that can interfere.

Had the same problem since alpha but can't get around it now because you can't resume the download once it fails. Using VirtualBox has gotten me around the problem by setting in a virtual install of Windows XP SP3.

Seems drastic but at least I can get around the problem of future updates. If the problem is a connection stability one there's not much you can do except hope for a torrent.

The only way I've gotten around this in the past was a torrent or take it to work and download it on that internet connection. Done everything else, and nothing works so will try and remote into work, install it on there and download it and then try and transfer the files from there.

Again, I can't stress enough that this is only an issue on downloading these patches, once up to date the game plays just fine (when I can get in) and we have 3 people sometimes four people doing the game at this house. To be fair downloading patches have been and issue with other games like GuildWars 2 and even WoW, but there it just continues where it disconnects from, so I can live with it. Even FFXI would sometimes have issues but it would just continue on with whichever files it didn't do.

This is not acceptable as a patch delivery system and needs to be addressed.

I found an easier way for myself to update the game.

Instead of downloading it on my laptop then moving it to my pc, I'm sharing the game's folder on my network, start the game via that folder on my laptop and it's downloading the update, this way I don't have to copy anything.

So if the people with the same problem have a computer or laptop that can download the game, simply share the game's folder on your network then start the game from that folder on the pc/laptop on which the download works.

Hey guys, just thought I would help out since I've been struggling with this problem as well. I was finally able to patch my work computer over a remote connection, create a .rar & torrent, and start downloading it on my end. If you guys still can't patch (I still can't) this would be the way to fix the problem. My upload speed is pretty good so hopefully we can get things moving for you guys.

I encountered the same error, too.
I was settled for the time being.

I changed the lan cable to category 6.

I downloaded "DRTCP021" from the following site.

I changed setting of "RWin".

I updated it in the early morning.

I think that a line of the Internet is a problem most.

If everybody becomes able to meet in a game, I am glad.

This is an ok game, but it is getting where it just isn't worth the headaches. To many other games to play without these reoccurring issues. They may not be as shiny and new, but I know they will work when I do finally get time to play. This game is definitely not worth subscription money yet.

I am semi glad that others have pointed this out. The launcher needs serious work, SE.

I was annoyed by the fact that my patch stopped at 900 MB. The launcher then decided to erase the patch and restart the whole download. This is friggin ridiculous.
