Server Status Page?

I remember back in the old days when MMORPGs are blooming (Like the original Cross-gate, happened to be an Enix game) service providers provide a page to show what server is up and which are full and how full they are.

Maybe I've missed something, or if such a page exists for FF14ARR?

It might not help much, but isn't a page hard to piece together. I believe a competent dev could have done it in a couple hours. But well, they'll have to think about having their webserver overloaded (which still boggles my mind, as my single-core Atom server with 1GB RAM can serve >10K simultaneous user connection through Ngnix or thread-based Apache web server with PHP-FPM running BBForum).

This could have helped "new" players or players who wanted to create new characters judge where to put their characters on.

Or... maybe it will simply show all "red" at current situation....

I actually found it from the launcher. It shows Online but doesn't show if it's full or how full it is...

Server status can also be found on the front page of The Lodestone Web page. For example, http://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodestone/

It's the same display as the launcher -- just up/down/maintenance. There was a load or congestion readout on the version 1 FFXIV client, but I haven't seen anything like that for ARR. Well, except maybe the servers may be listed in lightest to heaviest load in the client's server list. They seem to change order a lot.
