Desync in game. You are too far away messages.

Hello, since launch. I sometimes get you are too far away messages when I try to interact with objects within the game such as NPC's.

I notice that when I relog, I'm in a different spot to where I was on my screen. I can stay in the game for hours in my "you are too far away" state.

This is becoming a really big problem in dungeons because I cannot complete them sometimes.

Does anyone know what is happening and if there is a fix that doesn't require a relog.

I can still chat without delay and the world around me still goes on as normal, I just cannot interact with anything.
