buying crysta via paypal

Hey

I'm trying to buy some crysta on the square enix site to use for subscriptions and such....but i'm trying to use the ultimatepay option because i don't have a credit card or a visa debit card. I have money in my paypal account so i was trying to go that route.
But everytime i try it, it cancel's it on me and says it wont work. i even get email confirmation that i'm trying to send playspan money...but they must ce cancelling it on their end.
Why would they offer paypal as an option if its not useable?

Is there anyway i can get this stupid thing to take my damn money!!
