Steps:i recieved the tunic and shoes went to a merchant and cleared out my inventory selling and destorying items i no longer needed in the process i deleted the shoes it the quest and i am unable to restart quest or receive new items to complete

Those items are actually regular items that can be bought from what I can remember.
Just need to remember what pieces and what they were called.

As a last resort, see if you can find someone that still has them and haven't bonded them.
