PS3 Pop-In issue?

Okay seriously, this thing with the PS3 is getting far too annoying.

I love everything about the game, and am more than happy to deal with these log-in issues. But can someone please tell me how to make the PS3 process player characters better?

Honestly. It's not a problem in any INSTANCED content. But in towns? NPCs take forever to load if a lot of players are around, making questing take forever.

In populated mob spawns? I'm lucky to SEE a mob, let alone get a tag on one.

And FATEs? Lolno. I can't even participate because I CAN'T SEE ANY MOBS OR ANYMORE THAN 6 PLAYERS BESIDES MYSELF AT A TIME.

This is ridiculous. How can they release a game on a platformed console if it doesn't even run it correctly?

For technical purposes, I have a first generation 80 GB PS3, and my internet connection is 15.94 MBPS down, 1.07 MBPS up highspeed wireless broadband.

Can someone from SE or a kind player please give me some advice, if any, that can improve this problem? Buying a new computer isn't an option and honestly shouldn't be recommended. This game was released on PS3, and should work on one.
