2. BGM stops
3. Restart PS3 to get sound

For future reference and hasty fixing, this look like it may just be a memory leak. Please look into memory management for the PS3. Perhaps no garbage collection is taking place and this was neglected. In any case, If this is a memory leak, then continued playing will cause other problems, ultimately leading to a crash. When the error first occurred, This was apparent as soon enemies and NPC would fail to load, making it impossible to participate in fates, turn in quests, and ultimately progress in the game.
