Haven't received CE in game items

I bought a physical copy of the PC CE. I registered a pre-order account on 23rd. The pre-order items are there when i log in but the CE items are not.

I did enter the code that came with the physical copy of the game when prompted on the website however my account still says "Standard" even though i physically have the CE right here in front of me and the code i entered was from within the CE game box?

Any ideas anyone??

*Edit* Just to clarify, i didn't have an FF14 1.0 account, this was a new account set up for ARR

I am in a similar boat. I purchased the digital collectors addition and still have not seen any of my CE items.

I too bought the digital collector's edition, and trying to get in contact with SE support is like trying to make a collect call to Bakal Russia.
