Closing of Open Tickets over 48 Hours
Curious if this applies to when we filed the ticket, or when we received confirmation about when you got our ticket. The day before yesterday, I filed a ticket to have my registration moved to my actual service account, as for whatever reason my PS3 decided to create an additional service and now I'm no longer going to be able to use my characters after today until the issue is address. However, I was uninformed of my ticket being received until yesterday, which would keep it under the 48 hour auto-closure. Do I need to reapply my ticket, or is it still valid? The ticket number is 2615880, if that helps. Please let me know, as I'm not going to be playing the game until I can use my character again, since I had no desire to make an additional service in the first place, and do not have any intentions of "starting over" again at this time.
