Unable to join the Group JP character list.

I have searched and it seems like i am the only one still having this issue. It seemed to be an issue a few days ago, but everyone seems like its been resolved.

It takes approx 45 seconds to bring up my characters every time i log in. Then i get the "Unable to Join the Group JP character list" error message. Then my characters appear.

Please help. Really annoying when your trying to get it, and having to constantly see the 1017 error, then waiting another minute to try again.
