I know this is probably a lazy question but I finally got out of my city and into the city my friend is in so I wanted to ask how to I unlock Guildhest in the this new city I'm in? (Uldah)

Guildhests are universal. Once you unlock them they are unlocked everywhere in your duty finder. To unlock I believe you have to unlock leve quests in the l10 or 15 camp. In Thanalan it is in Horizon in western Thanalan.
