Rearrangement of Icons on Enemy

It would be nice if all stack-able personal icons on an enemy were at the front of the icon list. As it currently is, when in a fate with multiple arcanists, determining the duration left on DoT is basically impossible.

something like ordered
1. Stackable Personal debuffs (like the multiple concussive blow was in previous versions. Don't think there is an equivalent type now, but might be added later)
2. Personal DoT spells/abilities (That the players need to keep track of duration and reapply periodically)
3. Non-DoT debuffs
4. DoT by other players (Since there also seemed to be an overflow problem with the icon space in some scenarios)

Basically, Things the player needs to keep track of shows up first.
