Gamestop digital download of FF14ARR CE PCD not the right code

So I walked into Gamestop a couple weeks ago and pre-ordered and paid off 2 copies of FFA 14 ARR collectors edition for 100$ + tax. When I went to the midnight release last night I waited in line for over an hour to receive a receipt with my 2 codes for the CE Pc download, it had instructions to go to gamestop.com etc and download their app, log in and then redeem my code. Well when I went to my games I hit install, which was only a few kb's hit play and it popped up a website with a new code telling me to go to Preorder.finalfantasyXIV.com or w.e and put my new code there and I did, and all I got out of it was another early access account. I still have yet to receive my CE edition key and items etc. I went back to Gamestop today and they told me there was nothing they could do and I would have to contact Impulsedrive.com/support, which lead me to Square-enix's support. I sent and email and I still haven't gotten a reply.
