No response is to what is going on now with the state of this issue and a plan date for resolve.

It is funny that the current issues stated have nothing to do with the server full issue.

As of August 27, 2013, the following issues have been confirmed in FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn.

- Monsters do not appear during instanced quest battles, preventing progression in the quest.
* This issue is scheduled to be addressed this week.

- The following quests cannot be completed if a player’s inventory is full.
My Feisty Little Chocobo
Double Dragoon
* This issue is scheduled to be addressed this week.

- If an artifact quest is completed with the artifact stored outside of the inventory on a character that was transferred from the Beta test or Early Access, the character may end up with 2 artifacts.
* We are planning on addressing the above situation by removing the duplicate item."

Its pretty sad but its the price of a meal all I can say moving on.
