i keep getting this error 3035 when i try to make a new character. i have only 1 character but im getting the other error everyone else is getting. but this one says "Your current service accound does not allow for the creation of any more characters on this World" but i have none on that world?
i keep getting the exact message.. i created a character on adamantoise and then deleted it to start something different and when i went back to start a new character on adamantoise it gives me the 3035 message.. i am wondering if i just need to let the server update or something.
basic 30 day subscription service only allows 1 character per server to a maximum of 8, unless you pay for one of the other options, you default to the basic service, 1 character per server, maximum of 8 characters. 6 months pre-paid get's 8 per server with a maximum of 40 in total.
I'd guess that the time included with the game purchase is 'basic' service and you're limited to 1 character, this limitation will disappear if/when you subscribe with an appropriate option.
Exit game, reload launcher, then start it up again. That should fix the issue.
i did this multiple times.. i keep getting the same problem..
whenever i log into the ffxiv website it gives me the option to select a character and it has 2 characters that i have deleted as an option when i have no characters made atm. so im thinking maybe i just need to wait until everything updates but im just wondering maybe how long that will possibly take.
Same here. Still has the character selected. Wonder how long it takes to update?
