Error 1017/ Game Launcher auto disconnecting

I am beyond frustrated with this issue. I have placed way to many tickets with no response from anyone. I log in to the game and receive error 1017 after 2hours of trying to get in the game i finally get in for 2minutes the launcher auto closes it self out so i tried reinstalling the game even placed it on the lowest settings to run and still after additional 2 hours same thing occurs I even reinstalled all the drivers made sure everything was up to date and I can not even play the game can someone please provide some actual customer service?

It's because their servers are trash. Yes, it's still broken the game is now launched and i haven't been able to play going on to 72 hours now. Way to rip people off SE.
