Pre-order bonus items

I pre-ordered the collectors edition a long time ago, I got the email today with the code to add platform to my account and make it the collectors version. However I don't know what to do to get my bonus items in the game. my account lists them but they aren't in my game. is there another code i need to get them in the game?

any feedback would be great!

if you entered the code then they should be at the item mail mog or whatever in game.
