Two Service accounts, registered to wrong account.

For some reason I have two service accounts, I was using Service Account 1 since the beta, because I figured #1 was my main account, but it turns out Service Account 2 is my v1.0 account. I don't know where Service Account #1 came from, but I registered my Pre-Order code to it and played my EA character on it.

Now it's release day and I can finally see the difference between the accounts, I have a free trial on #2, but my EA character and Pre-Order stuff on #1. Why do we need Service Accounts, why can't we just login and have one account like every other MMO in existence???? Why does SE have to complicate this account system, it's ridiculous and now Support is down, but I doubt they can even do anything. I spoke to them a few nights ago and they told me merging the accounts is not possible????
