Hey all! I pre-ordered a Collector's edition(PC Download) from Square Enix Online Store months ago and I see we have to register a new code different from the pre-order code in the Mog Station to receive the other in game bonuses. Problem is that I haven't received other code to my email?? What can I do please? It only say I'm standard edition...

It should come soon. If you are in EA, you have until the 30th i think before the code is needed

Weird, I have a CE, my profile says I have only a normal edition, yet I received my items...
I'm having the same issue here as well.
Same issue. I preordered the CE Digital today, ONLY received the Moogle Cap and Cait Sith Doll. The order confirmation is still in my E-mail so they cannot tell me I did not order the Collectors..
I just checked my account page and it says I have the standard edition...yet my E-mail confirms I ordered the Collectors..
