If you did not get your EA code. Go to the main SE website. On the bottom of the page, click "support". Go to the bottom of that page, click "contact us". Fill out a ticket, include your order #, and the like, in the ticket.
I just got my code this way. It took about a day, but I submitted it kind of late for them. Or are they doing 24 hours?
