[Suggestion] Effect from set gear

I think it would be pretty sweet if having a full set of gear equipped (Not all gear but maybe quested gear) would give you a special effect or stat, Sort of how full set gear on D2 gave effects. At the same time unless it was the full set you would not get any added stats or effects. What do you think?

That's what I was hoping for the faction NM gear sets. I hoped wrong. Gear sets would be cool to have - but on the other hand, they're kinda hard to balance.
