I'm disappointed at you Square Enix
I'm really disappointed at you. They won't even acknowledge our problem (NA&EU codes) you know .. as a college student living alone and struggling with money, I decided to support this amazing game before launch even though my wallet is dead from that +$1000 courses materials. but what do we get? bunch of lame-ass errors.
I'm fine with sudden maintance and major bugs in the game. That is a usual thing for games at launch, but to the point where you can't even send correct codes to us and pretend like the problem doesn't exist?
Since yesterday, I've been searching around all kind of forums for a fix and what do I find? bunch of lost people like me desperate to find a solution.
I mean at least acknowledge the problem and say we are trying to fix it!
If nothing happens tonight, I'm canceling my order. At least I'm going to end up with good grades and fat wallet.
