Some newbie questions

Is there a way to change the UI scaling? I think the UI is way too big for my tastes.

Also, what is the fastest way to level? In the 5 hours I played, I only gained 4 levels. While people I come across are 28-30. What is the fastest way to level?

Go to the main menu and you'll see HUD Layout. Here, you can resize some items like you would resize a window.

For leveling, I do questing and hunting logs. I went from 1-20 doing this in the span of 6 hrs.

I do the main quest and side quests. I also have been doing the hunting log as I am on T3 of the hunting log (The one that gives 20,000 XP for completing it) I did run two dungeons today, maybe that is why I am behind. I also have been doing every fate I ran across. I guess it just amazes me how people did 10 levels in about 5 hours..

Dungeon Runs? You should be gettins new dungeons every few levels, not sure though. I'm still 20.
Do Levequests? Guildheist? FATES? Imo, Fate respawns are much slower than before...

I shot to level 18 in one day by pretty much accepting every single quest that I can across and then just doing them as I go. Also, get involved with FATEs every time they pop up, as long as you do SOME damage you can really rack up the points!

Well, I'm level 24 and still only have access to the level 20 dungeon. Do you know how I unlock the next set of dungeons?

I think provided you are the right level you just talk to the npc outside the relevant dungeon.
