How to unlock toto-rak dungeon?

Hello I would like to know if anyone has found out how to unlock toto-rak dungeon.

you are talking about tam-tara here. However i would also like to know about toto-rak. Is it part of the story line or seperate q that i need to take?

hmmm thiers a few different things... after u finish Ifrit.. the next 3-4 dungeons rely on you level only ... that and opening them at the guard that its located at i believe... to do not take what i say 100% true as im only at lvl 23 i was sure the next dungeon opened at 24... then 27or 28 In P3 it was alot easier to do...

You still have to discover their locations.

Pretty sure toto rak the last time we had to level up like this was 25 then you just go talk to the guy at the gate.

Toto rak is unlocked through the story. Level 24 or so.
