At the destination point after hitting the proceed button character is frozen staring at the destination and can't do anything else. no system error message pops up. Can't log out or exit the game.
Char: Mimiko Miko
Server: Ultros

Same problem, but have experienced the same thing in previous quests and have been able to come out somewhat, but with this one, like Ravon said, we can't seem to get out.
Hit alt f4 to force a log out (and it is a log out it doesn't just close the program). The problem is because the duy finder / instance creator is down for the US / EU worlds
