None of my CE items are present from v1, nor ARR. Also, I preordered ARR SE and was not given the hat, nor the doll either. Along with these items, I had a pair of Asuran Armguards (the bonus item from FFXIII I believe) and they are gone as well. Can you help? Thanks.
We don't get the ARR items until official launch.
Thanks for the info, but what about all my v1 CE stuff and Armguards? Anyone have any info on this? I had these items on my character during beta now they are gone. :/
I got my Armguards and Hermes Shoes off my retainer in beta phase 4. No idea where my Onion Helm is though.
Check calamity salvager, armoire, retainers. If not I guess we get em on Tuesday?

Don't forget to get a second retainer and check it for the items. I completely forgot I had two retainers in 1.0 and found all the items I thought was missing when I hired a second. lol
