It's 6:32pm EST (3:32pm PDT). This can be seen on the pre-order page for EU/NA sites.
So, what's going on? Kinda late to their own party :| This is supposed to be in regards to the EU/NA EA code mix-up.

Personally, I think the delay is due to them not being quite done with whatever fix they intend to apply. I imagine they're close though; if they weren't, they'd likely tell us to please wait a tad longer.
Patience continues to be the key in matters concerning EA and code redemption, and I'm quite happy to see this forum is moving in a more positive direction than its big-sister forum.
