Carteneau Flats in ARR.

Will the Carteneau Flats be an open area in ARR? after the end of an era trailer I want to go there (hopefully a grave for Louisoix as well).

I know in the live letter Yoshi-P said the key from Dalamud will be important to the Bahamut Labyrinth dungeon, so will this be accessed from the Carteneau Flats?

I would love to go there and see the key still stuck in the ground with half burred Dalamud shards scattering the area.

Please let us go to the Carteneau Flats.
