ARR Animus Relic Fix

The ARR relics are tedious, but there's a simple way to solve the Animus (book) stage of the progression:
Just let us spawn the FATEs ourselves.
Literally just giving us the ability to manually spawn the FATE, even if on a cooldown, would make the books go from obnoxiously tedious to more of a chore you can knock out at a reasonable pace. Just this one change would improve the grind massively.

I doubt they're going to rework a relic step from 10 years ago. While the books are tedious, I don't think it was meant to be easy. Imagine playing during the time where flying wasn't available in those ARR zones, we technically have it even easier with that in mind.
